WOW. That was a long March wasn't it?

There's a reason why there's a large posting gap between "Day One" and Week Two.

Tips for Parents during a COVID-19 Pandemic
1. Get some sleep - there's no sense staying up all night worrying about the weight of the world (v. easy to do during this time no doubt).

Both of these are good options for getting sleepy before bed. I've found that taken 30 min before I want to fall asleep, these work well and won't make you groggy in the morning.
