2 Chicken Breasts
1 Can Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning (or a combination of your favorite Italianesque spices like Oregano, Basil, Thyme, etc.)
1 Onion (quartered)
4 Stalks Celery (cut)
Handful of quartered baby carrots
Set your Crock Pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours (or on High for 3-4 hours)
Serve with your starch of choice! We usually serve with egg noodles.
