Who could use a bit more focus in their life besides me?
I find myself constantly flitting from one need to another, especially when it comes to cleaning my house. In fact, since becoming a mom 5 years ago, I swear my brain has been reprogrammed to the point where focus is nearly a distant memory. Yikes right?
With this realization, I've committed myself to mindfulness recently. Clearly something needs to change!
Here is a great mantra I've found to help.
